Hey there! We're just as excited as you are for you to get your hands on your new goodies! We process orders Monday to Friday and ship them out within 1 to 2 days after purchase. Once your order is on its way, we'll send you an email to let you know. If you opt for a shipping option with tracking, we'll also provide you with the tracking information so you can follow your package's journey to you.

By the way, we do ship worldwide! The shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated by the shipping company at checkout and depend on your location and the weight of your parcel.

We're committed to getting your items to you as fast as possible, and most orders are delivered within the estimated times listed at checkout next to the shipping methods. However, please keep in mind that the shipping time you choose at checkout only applies to the shipping speed and is not guaranteed by the shipping companies. Our turnaround time remains the same, regardless of the shipping speed you choose. We want to mention that we are not responsible for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame, as that is dependent solely on the delivery company.

Before making a purchase, we recommend checking your country's customs policies as we are not responsible for any customs charges associated with your order. If your order is returned to us due to an "insufficient address" or deemed "undeliverable," we will gladly reship the order at the customer's expense.

We are happy to offer free shipping to the United States for orders above $150 USD and to Canada for orders over $200 CAD. This promotion will be automatically applied at check out.
