  • Shipping Confirmation: As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email notification. If you selected a shipping option with tracking, we'll also include tracking details so you can follow your package's journey.
  • Worldwide Shipping: Yes, we ship globally! Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel weight.

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes provided at checkout, please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. The chosen shipping speed applies only to the transit time, and any delays are beyond our control once the package is with the shipping carrier.

Important Notes:

  • We recommend checking your country’s customs policies before purchasing, as we are not responsible for any customs fees.
  • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we’re happy to reship it, but additional shipping charges will apply.

Free Shipping:

  • We offer free shipping to the U.S. on orders over $150 USD and to Canada on orders over $200 CAD. This discount is automatically applied at checkout.
