Processing Time: We process orders Monday through Friday, from 9am ET to 4:30pm ET, and ship them the same or next business day.

Shipping Confirmation: As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email notification. We'll also include tracking details so you can follow your package's journey to you.

Worldwide Shipping: Yes, we ship globally! Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel weight.
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes provided at checkout, please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame. The chosen shipping speed applies only to the transit time, and any delays are beyond our control once the package is with the shipping carrier.
Free Shipping:

We offer free shipping to the U.S. on orders over $150 USD and to Canada on orders over $200 CAD. The free shipping option appears at checkout once you reach the free shipping minimum amount.
Receiving your Order
If your tracking number says that your package has been "Delivered," Artful Transfers deems it to be successfully delivered.
If the status of your tracking shows it "Delivered" but you haven't received anything, we suggest doing the following:

Verify the shipping address on your order is correct

Look for an attempted delivery notice slip

Double check your area in case it's stored in a hidden area

Check to see if your neighbours or someone in your residence accepted it

Allow an extra 1-2 days - in rare instances, orders have been marked as delivered before actually arriving
Artful Transfers is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or incorrectly delivered packages. A claim should be filed directly with the shipping courier.
If your package is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping courier, Artful Transfers deems it to be successfully delivered.

We recommend checking your country’s customs policies before purchasing, as we are not responsible for any customs fees.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we’re happy to reship it, but additional shipping charges will apply.

Abandoned packages marked 'return to sender' are subject to incur an additional shipping fee.
