We are as excited as you for you to get your purchase! Orders are fulfilled 7 days a week and within 1 to 2 days upon receipt of purchase. Once your order is shipped you will be notified by email. If you select a shipping option with tracking, you will also be provided with your package's tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.
Yes, we do ship worldwide! All shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at check out and are dependent upon your location and parcel weight.
We do our best to get your beautiful transfers to you as fast as possible and orders are usually delivered within the working times listed at check out next to their shipping methods. The shipping time you choose at checkout only applies to the shipping speed of your order and is not guaranteed with the shipping companies. Our turnaround time is still the same no matter what shipping speed you choose. We are not responsible for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame as that is dependent solely on the delivery company.
Please consult your country's policies as we are not responsible for any customs charges associated with your purchase. If your order is returned to us due to an "insufficient address" or deemed "undeliverable", we will gladly reship the order at the customer's expense.
We are happy to offer free shipping to the Contiguous United States and Canada on orders above $150. Promotion will be automatically applied at check out.

What is DTF and what materials can I use DTF transfers on?
Direct-to-Film or DTF transfers are digitally-printed, full-color heat applied transfers. They can be used on light and dark garments and can be applied on a variety of materials such as cotton, cotton/poly blends, and even 100% polyester.

What heat press do you recommend?
Transfers are meant to be pressed with a heat press. We highly highly recommend a heat press for best and longer-lasting results. Please follow our pressing instructions.
If you're still curious and would like to try pressing our transfers with a Cricut or an iron, you can follow these suggested instructions.
Please note that we are not responsible for transfers that are pressed incorrectly or with the wrong equipment. Our transfers are meant to be pressed with a heat press.
Can I return/exchange my transfers?
All sales are final.
Can I cancel my order?
We do not offer order cancelation at this time.
What if my transfers arrived damaged or I have another issue with my order?
We do our best to safely package your transfers so that damage is highly unlikely. However, if they do arrive damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of received order and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
If your order gets returned to us due to incorrect address, shipping charges will still apply to reship your order.
